VP520108—Enterprise Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Platform

WorkCover Queensland (WCQ) is seeking the provision and implementation of a modern Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platform to ensure continuity of service, address current technology limitations, and support the organisation's risk maturity objectives and 2030 Strategy.

The procurement seeks a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) GRC solution that maintains existing risk and compliance capabilities while providing a scalable foundation for future enhancement. The successful Supplier will provide the GRC platform together with ongoing application management and support services, including platform maintenance, upgrades, incident management and technical support.

WCQ also requires implementation services to transition from its current GRC platform and deliver the Transition State (further detailed in Part B – Statement of Requirements) of the new solution, including design, configuration, integration, testing, data migration support and defect resolution.
