VP524923—Principal Contractor for Roof Replacement & Structural Repairs - Lockhart River PHCC

The intent of this project is to undertake the structural remediation works recommended within the Structural Assessment Report to restore the structural integrity, durability and serviceability of the facility, extend the operational life of the building, and ensure the facility remains safe and functional for staff, patients and visitors. The Contractor shall allow for all labour, materials, plant, equipment, temporary works, supervision and incidentals necessary to deliver a complete and compliant outcome.
