South East Water Corporation is a provider of water, sewerage, trade waste and water saving services for residents and businesses in an area ranging from the South East of Melbourne to South Gippsland. It is one of Melbourne’s three water retailers owned by the Victorian Government.

South East Water is seeking proposals for the provision of end-to-end software testing and quality assurance services across its IT and Digital portfolio.

This procurement aims to establish strategic partnerships with experienced testing providers to complement internal capabilities and support the delivery of digital transformation initiatives, technology projects, application enhancements, and ongoing operational requirements. The successful supplier(s) will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and successful implementation of technology solutions across the organisation.

NOTE: The Local Jobs First contestability assessment has been completed and a Local Industry Development Plan (LIDP) is a mandatory tender submission requirement.
