RAM-EAQ-AM1—Manufacturing Prefeasibility and Feasibility Studies

The Royal Australian Mint (RAM) seeks a qualified engineering and industrialisation provider to deliver a comprehensive prefeasibility and feasibility study to: develop an end-to-end manufacturing process flow covering the RAM product range of circulating coins, numismatic coins, medals and medallions and support an enhanced visitor viewing experience a costed range of manufacturing equipment options to inform investment decisions define the operating parameters, equipment requirements, digital systems architecture and factory layout, and assess the performance of each option using a data-driven digital twin. The outcome must enable RAM to confidently proceed with the purchase, installation, commissioning and operation of the agreed equipment, process and layout.
