The Contractor shall provide all labour, plant, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the Works safely
and compliantly.
The Contractor shall undertake routine and ad hoc land maintenance activities including:
Routine slashing, mowing and brush-cutting of access tracks and infrastructure (existing built assets and
operational surrounds) areas
Weed control including herbicide application
Minor vegetation management (tree & brush trimming/pruning) on access roads and tracks
Removal of debris and obstructions
Fireline maintenance including, slashing, vegetation removal and hazardous tree removal.
Reactive works following weather, growth or other impacting events
Minor maintenance of fencing and gates where minor defects are observed during works.
Ad hoc maintenance activities able to be completed with available equipment (e.g. minor gate / padlock
maintenance, minor fencing repairs, signage installation and maintenance).
Biosecurity controls and vehicle hygiene implementation
Reporting and compliance documentation
