VP524640—MNHHS200260 TPCH and RBWH Transit Lounge - Principal Contractor

Metro North Health (MNH) is expanding and refurbishing the Transit Lounge at The Prince Charles Hospital (TPCH) and the Discharge Transit Centre at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital (RBWH) to improve patient flow, support timely discharge and provide permanent, contemporary facilities.
The projects will increase TPCH’s capacity from 16 to 24 treatment spaces and RBWH’s capacity from 29 to a minimum of 46 treatment spaces.
Metro North Health is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced construction Tenderer/s to deliver the projects in accordance with the Principal’s approved design documentation, project requirements and applicable statutory and healthcare standards.
Tenderers may submit an offer for either project or both. Each project will be evaluated separately, and MNH may appoint one Contractor for both projects or a separate Contractor for each. Tenderers offering both projects must identify whether they can deliver them concurrently or can accept an award for only one project.
