CQUniversity Australia (CQU) invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to undertake the construction of a proposed extension to an existing carpark, including all documented associated works, at the CQU Mackay Ooralea Campus – Trades Training Centre, located at 171 Boundary Road, Ooralea.
The Trades Training Centre offers a range of vocational education and training programs across various trade disciplines, including automotive, engineering, construction, etc., with this section of the campus being constructed in the early 2010’s. The existing carpark is located to the north of this Centre and adjacent to Boundary Road. Due to growth, including new facilities, additional trade programs and increased block training numbers, additional parking for staff and students is now required.
